I just hope Andy is well rested and that his back is well. I don't know if Roger's loss will give Andy a shot in the arm for tonight, I guess we'll see.

Roger was one win away from matching Pete's second best streak in 99 at 24 straight wins. Pete's best streak came in 94 at 29 straight wins.
Now that Rogi is out, I can cheer for Andy winning the title.

Re: The Mighty Duck in Cincy!
Well I am officially pissed off that there won't be another Andy-Rogi match up but hey now the title is all Andy's to defend! Lets hope he can defend it and doesn't pull a Rogi and lose the 1st round!

Re: The Mighty Duck in Cincy!
Congrats to Andy!! That was a hard fought match, but what was up with Roddick and that court mic? Why did he keep knocking it over?

Re: The Mighty Duck in Cincy!
Andy was seriously pissing me off with his lackadasial 'who gives a fuck?' attitude on the court for the first two sets. He looked tired; he looked like he didn't care if he won or lost. And after Roger and Mardy crashed out in the first round that kind of crap attitude just didn't go over well with me.
But he finally woke up after that second set TB---yaay! Andy once again showed a lot of heart and I'm glad he still had/has the fight in him. But can he keep it up? Up next are some easier matches for him: Kiwi (again! poor guy!) and either Sjeng "he's not gonna win" Schalken or PDorn. Andy better wake up and come prepared to play next time.
And a reminder, my friends: with Andy playing and winning so many matches lately, the trolls are popping up faster than Starbucks. So please don't feed the trolls. *points to troll*

Re: The Mighty Duck in Cincy!
Tomorrow's match should be a lot easier for him but equally as frustrating. I get the feeling he doesnt care for Keifer, though I think with good reason. Good Luck Andy!!!
