Re: The "unknown" serbs season
Dejan Katic won Novi Sad futures last week. Congrats to him . And he managed to win two final rounds while playing qualies in Sombor, 100 km away, for this weeks futures. So he played 2 matches day on saturday and sunday and won them all. And he managed to qualify to Sombor futures today, quite an impressive streak. I wonder how far he can get this week. Good luck.

Re: The "unknown" serbs season
Well if anyone should have beat Katic then I'm happy it's Lajovic, great succes for him, I just hope he can beat Slovic and gain some more important points. Really have faith in this guy, also regained some faith in Katic. Good luck .

Re: The "unknown" serbs season
Katic made a leap to #830 after his title is calculated, next week he will enter top 800. It's a good base for him and he will be able to get into main draw in most of the futures.
Lajovic on the other hand will most likely enter top 700 next week, very nice . For him it goes same as for Katic with that difference that Lajovic is younger and I really have good feeling about this kid, I think he'll make it .
Congrats to both for taking chances at home ground futures and making good base for future results. There's Krusevac challenger left this week and I hope they have enough energy left to pick up some more points. Good luck .

Re: The "unknown" serbs season
After Dejan Katic´s win 2 weeks ago he has improved his rank from 1356 to 830, and next week he will get points from his semifinal last week aswell, keep rising Deki!
Dusan Lajovic is on his way up aswell, he is currently ranked 898, career high after his Quarterfinal 2 weeks ago, and next week he will rise to around 694-700, after last weeks win great

Re: The "unknown" serbs season
Lajovic and Katic will meet up in 2nd round in Krusevac. Too bad cos they are both in a very good form but at least one of them will reach quarters and gain some more points despite being tired. I would like them both to succeed but since Lajovic is younger and Katic has a good base and will play some futures in Germany soon I will root for Dusan. Good luck .
