EVERY stroke you hit, you should be transferring weight forwards.
Assuming you know how hard you swing and the contact point above your head of a fast flat serve, your kicker, which is in addition to your normal topspin second serve, should be hit at the lowest contact point of the 3 serves, because your racket head should be moving upwards, not only towards the target, to generate the high arc flightpath of the ball. Swing speed should be as fast as you can swing a racket.
Ball speed is the slowest of the 3, maybe 60 mph if your first flat goes 110.
Try continental grip and move it a few degrees towards EasternBackhand. Hit every serve from that grip.
And try to swing fast enough to make the ball go oval with an audible sound that your opponent can hear.
