Re: Indoor Season 2008
I live Metz and I stays with my son with the match of Arnaud! he was not aggressive with the umpire! some write silly things ! !!!during the match I had the feeling that Arnaud seemed a little still constrained by his wound and not really given maybe marriage of Saturday!!!! BECAUSE it had the tired face!
Arnaud was applauded cordially by the children and signed autographs!
on the other hand ihis adversary is not sympathetic nerve!

well i'm not surprised at the poor result, first of all it's a continuation of his recent results, and then he might still be suffering from hangover from the wedding, so that's my excuse for him.
as usual of course mika will carry the doubles but 3 titles in a row... yeah

It's a pity that Arnaud lost to Rik. The match went as I feared it might go... Better luck for them in doubles!

Yes but it's only words beacause on court it isn't the same thing
They lost first set in their match against the other top french double team with two break on Arnaud serve but Micka had have also to save 4 break point on his serve. Even the double can't consoled Arnaud .
Their second set and their super tie-break was more impressive. Congrats guys.

Re: Indoor Season 2008
They won their semi 11-9 in the super tie-break after saving 2 match points according to the FFT website. The final will be the remake of last year. I have followed a bit the beginning and they were 1 set down and a break down in the second when I stop to follow.(Micka was just broken )
For Stockholm Arnaud gets again a qualifier but we can notice that a player like Juan Monaco plays the qualies and we know that a bad ranked player is not a reason to be optimist and he doesn't play double Micka will play it with Santoro in Moscow
In the short FFT audio, Arnaud said he's not yet at 100% and he added that's today Gicquel and Ascione was maybe better but play every week together helped them.

Re: Indoor Season 2008
They won 5-7/6-3/10-8 The polish seems to have really well played today. They lost only one point on their serve in first set and Micka & Arnaud got only one BP but they converted it . In the super tie-break our guys needed 4 match points to conclude.
They had a lot of chance this week because they won their three last matches winning less points than their opponents. In the local newspaper Arnaud said today that he'll be happy to not go in Shanghai this year prefering to go in holidays at the same period and he doesn't want go back in China this year So we can conclude that's he won't spend his holidays in beijing

Re: Indoor Season 2008
I only find this pic on the ATP website http://www.atptennis.com/1/en/doubles/
Nothing important in the audio almost the same than in the ATP report.

Re: Indoor Season 2008
I didn't see the match, only the interview a few minutes after, they were in a good mood, arnaud said some jokes to the journalist "in 2003... when I still was a single player...lol" etc...
The ceremony was funny too, it seems mika (yes, mika !) thanked Nolwenn for supporting them in final. LOL
Arnaud tries to be discret, not his friend !
well...3 wins in a row...it's still possible.
But Metz was the easiest of all.
