Isnt dominator dreadfully out of form and lacking match fitness? whilst belucci has been putting in some good displays recently

I think you have to read between a lines a little. Hrbaty has very patchy form, but his best wins in the last few months were in Bundesliga (which can be serious matches). Beijing smog = no wind, so the conditions are not too bad for him (high ball toss etc). Bellucci's form seems to have levelled off after his challenger run (hasn't won a match for almost two months).

Gulbis @ 2.4 -- Gulbis serve will help in the tough conditions, Davy hasn't been impressive although this is a risky bet.

Guccione @ 5.2 -- A big server like Guccione is precisely the type of player that can surprise in these conditions. Blake has been in reasonable form but nothing spectacular.

Soderling @ 1.68 -- Simon won't like running around in that heat, Soderling has the big shots to hurt him.

Lapentti @ 2.18 -- Reasons have been stated earlier in the thread by several people

O. Rochus @ 2.2 -- Not in good form but doesn't mind the heat while Minar will.

Hrbaty @ 3.0 -- For reasons stated in my previous post.

Speculative Tursunov @ 8.0 -- I think Federer will do well but still at these odds it may be worth opposing him.

When's this kick off?

I took Tojo over Nieminen at 2.75. Don't really get the odds. Jarkko has been a clown since Oz Open.

Agree fat Dave looks a good shout outright depending on his injury situation.
