128 qualifying draw size for a futures tournament I guess that only happens when there's a big training facility nearby so everyone's trying their luck

Re: Riga Mortis: General Latvian tennis talk
I'm no expert but I thought qualies draw were often like that at future events. I've seen some where they had to play like 9 rounds before getting in the main draw

Re: Riga Mortis: General Latvian tennis talk
Well, maybe we are just used to 32 q-draw because that's what it was on all RUS futures we attended. So 128 looks huge

Re: Riga Mortis: General Latvian tennis talk
Denis won 64 46 60 and will play Zachary White (CAN) in the final Q round.
But Karlis lost 06 46...
Singles main draw is out and Adrians Zguns plays Morgan Phillips (GBR) in the 1st round. If I'm not mistaken I've seen him playing Estonia futures last year...
And doubles draw is also out. [1] D.Pavlovs/S.Ianni vs B.Strode/A.Zguns

Re: Riga Mortis: General Latvian tennis talk
Random, but the name J.Crabb made me laugh
Anyway, Latvians meet in doubles Shame it's that early though.
