Saw them live in 2000. Wonderfully energetic bunch, at least back then.
I'm seeing Björk tomorrow. Hope the weather holds.

Re: Last concert you visited...
forgot some gigs so will post it now
was at last day of Pinkpop festival, the good stuff i saw that day came from Seasick Steve, the Hives, Mumford & Sons, the Specials and Bruce Springsteen & the E-street band
at a local festival in my city the band Russkaja is the only one I can remember
was at the Lokerse Feesten the last 2 days and saw some good gigs there. on thursday Luc van Akker who played a good set, Echo & the Bunnymen are heroes and played great, PIL from whom I immensely enjoyed their performance of Rise, the Specials were the best of them all and Trash Radio closed the night.
on friday the Charlatans bored me to death, Royksopp were better as expected and New Order played a great set but had some troubles with the sound. Trentemoller closed the night but we went home halfway

Re: Last concert you visited...
The last concert I visited was Incubus in Sydney earlier this year, prior to that it was the last tour of the metal band Disturbed .
Both concerts rock... I've seen Incubus 5 or so times and they have never played a bad show!

Re: Last concert you visited...
Um yeah, so I spent a rainy evening in Oslo's Medieval Ruin Park and finally got to see Björk, whom I've been a devout fan of for more than twenty years. Since she on average only releases albums every 3-4 years these days, and tours even more infrequently, I count myself very, very lucky indeed. She put on a very inspired performance (the Tesla coil kinda became a character in its own right) and taught the attendees how to pronounce "Eyjafjallajökull" correctly.

Seen her a couple of times too, but quality of her gigs differ. Did see one brilliant show of her once, brilliant from start to finish. Last time it was not so great...

Re: Last concert you visited...
I think all of them were there. 7 people (or 6?) on the stage IIRC. Sanjay&Chandra were there for sure. I was standing in the first rows all the time just under the stage so didnt see everyone. Sorry Im not a die-hard fan of them, came there to soak up that GREAT atmosphere and they helped with that for sure

Let me guess; "Volta" tour? That album was one mediocre affair, her poorest effort yet. In the 00's I've only really taken to two of her releases; "Medúlla" and "Biophilia" (her latest). On Thursday she performed quite a few tracks from "Homogenic" (my fave album of hers besides Medúlla). Yeah, I know what you mean. The quality of her gigs definitely differ. But the concert she gave in Oslo two nights ago were definitely among the better ones I've heard. She's had to cancel quite a few gigs this season due to throat issues. Maybe that's made her more determined to put in an extra effort during the remaining ones, I don't know.

they played in the Gorillaz line up in 2010, saw them over here then. And as a huge Clash fan I was very pleased with that
