No. I think Federer's decline is a fact and he's not winning any major in the future. 38 17.35%
I kinda agree... He's in a great moment, but the other 2 guys are too good. No more slams for Feddy 45 20.55%
I totally agree. Fed's still playing great tennis and he'll probably win another major 104 47.49%

Federer has reached the point in which 3 players are able to beat him with relative consistency. back in the day it was only nadal, a man who denied him several slams but now there's djokovic and murray in the mix.

that said, he can still win another slam but he'll need luck on his side.

Not sure about that one. In the last 12 months he is 2-3 against Djokovic, 3-3 against Murray and 1-0 against Nadal. 6-6 against the lot. That doesn't sound like consistent losing to me.

murray has improved his game quite a bit in the last 12 months and nadal has always had federer's number irrespective of some wins federer might score every now and then.

true, but the so called big 4 (including nadal there) pretty much get to at least the QF (usually SF) of every slam. in that mix there are also dangerous top 10 players like del potro, tsonga or berdych who can give a big challenge to any of the big 4 in the QF. this is usually the case in every GS.

Even murray, the player who arguably has had the easiest way to a GS in years, needed to take out federer in the SF and now will have to dispute the title against djokovic. that's as "easy" as it might get for a top 4 with a "half decent draw".

I think Federer needs to improve fitness, he is still very very competitive against the top 4.

No one who saw Federer-Murray SF would write off Federer.

Sub-par Federer took peak Murray to 5 sets despite being completely outplayed. He fought like a lion.

More fight then this 4 set collapse to the joker today.

What so that SF is indication that Federer isn't declining?

He needs Ferrer in his half of the draw.

Federer should be working on his fitness 24/7. It's very vital to his game now, especially on these slow courts.

You think he spends all his time watching TV with Mirka or something? Im sure he works hard on his fitness like everyone else but,
