We currently have 30 participants in Singles and 13 pairs in Doubles. I have reduced draw size to 32 in Singles and 16 in Doubles. Tomorrow Friday is last day for commitments (with deadline 18:00 CET). At 18:00 CET, I will be able to proceed with the draws I will see if some qualifying is required or not. Assuming answer is no, I have updated post #6 with planned schedule.

Commitments are finished at 18:00 CET (in a little bit more than 2 hours).

Since there are a little bit more than 32 players, I need to think how to include qualifications.

I was thinking about the following (sorry, it is a little bit of mathematics )

If there are 32+n players committing by 18:00 CET (eg. 35 players):

- 32-n players are admitted to the main draw (eg 29 players)
- 2*n players will play qualies round and winners of qualies will be based on Saturday matches (eg 6 players)

However, everybody (included players already qualified in Main Draw) sends picks on Saturday. This is because I would like that matches of Saturday and Sunday are used to decide winners of MD first round.

Any suggestions ?

Good idea, probably the qualy match won't have to be played because probably someone doesn't send picks. So schedule 1 qualy match , but if a player doesn't send pick in the maindraw, just delete this match en place the two qualifiers in the MD. MD should start tomorrow I think ;p
