Re: WG Playoff: Slovakia vs South Korea
Friday
Martin Klizan (SVK) v Hyung-Taik Lee (KOR)
Lukas Lacko (SVK) v Woong-Sun Jun (KOR)
Saturday
Ivo Klec/Michal Mertinak (SVK) v Woong-Sun Jun/Hyung-Taik Lee (KOR)
Sunday
Lukas Lacko (SVK) v Hyung-Taik Lee (KOR)
Martin Klizan (SVK) v Woong-Sun Jun (KOR)
Lee should win both his singles rubbers, but this might be decided in the 5th rubber. All the pressure on Klizan, still Slovakia 3-2

Re: WG Playoff: Slovakia vs South Korea
Lacko is having a great year and he seems to always be under-estimated. Interesting that Klizan is playing, not Mertinak. They're obviously going for youth and don't fancy Mertinak on clay.
Lee has to win his two singles rubbers and probably the doubles too. Korea has a real shot at this.

Re: WG Playoff: Slovakia vs South Korea
Lacko def. W.S Jun 63/62/76(2) . Gave me some impressions that Lacko is having some kind an injury because at the begining of the third set he didn't managed to win many points even on his own serve....I guess he was just playing with my heart and he knew what he was doing. Lacko

Mertinak is injured (knee) that's why he didn't play singles
And Hrbaty is not playing because he is recovering from an operation (don't ask me what kind of operation).

I think he is not exactly injured.
Code:
Although the more experienced Michal Mertinak, ranked 185, had been
favoured to take the Slovak No.2 slot, he has been struggling with a knee
injury and will be saved for the doubles on Saturday
He won Bucharest doubles title with Marach last weekend
