Now this is the most wonderful news of yesterdays day... all my favourite Spaniards are nominated for DC! Anyone who heard who plays doubles and who plays singles for Spain?

That's no secret. Verdasco/Lopez will be the doubles team, of course.
We don't know which german players will team up, though.

ok thanks. It might not be a secret, but I haven't found any article yet that oonfirmed the doubles team. But in that article posted on the page before, it was talking about most likely the team for Germany. That's why i was curious

Okay, I don't have any confirmation, but it's highly likely.
Lopez/Verdasco played the last three DC doubles, so I don't see why Sanchez would replace Lopez with Nadal, although I'd welcome it as a supporter of the german team and someone who likes to see Nadal. The last time that Nadal/Verdasco played doubles together, Lopez wasn't part of the team (World Group Playoff 2006 against Italy).

Hey do you know if any foreign broadcasters will air it? probably just in Spain, right? Like that sportschannel Teledeporte.

Well, I really hope to see Lopez/Verdasco in doubles. Two players I like most are Lopez and Nadal, and the two players I like as 3rd and fourth are Ferru and Nando. Perfect days

(BTW, what about NAdal in Mercedescup? I know it's not the right thread, but a german friend told me today about it... that would be awesome, since I bought a 1st row-behind the players seats ticket already :P)

Yes, Nadal confirmed that he'll play in Stuttgart again. He has a contract with them anyways.
Doesn't look like any other channels apart from DSF and TVE/Teledeporte will have any live coverage. USA-France is the featured tie for international broadcasters.

Aaaaaargh, what an unlucky break for Kiwi.
The linesman made some noise, Kiwi thought he had called the ball out and didn't play the ball. But it wasn't a call and the point went to Nadal, although the linesman admitted he had made a sound. :-/
