Awesome! Good for TTC. Especially since the USA-Austria tie will probably be a blowout, while Serbia vs. Russia will be a pretty tight, probably.

Well TTC doesn't get much choice (I don't think). They always show a 2nd tie in the early rounds and I think the one they show is whichever the ITF deems to be the 'featured tie' - the one that has international tv feeds, etc. I'm glad it's this one as at least on paper it should be the best (which is probably why it is the featured one anyway  )

Considering he's never actually been on the team before, he probably committed, and now that he's been named, withdraw  They usually take Bozoljac, or Pashanski
