Wimbledon
Okay, it's a bit early to start this thread as the championships won't start until Monday, but I just can't wait! Things are looking bright for Seb; I hope he can hold on to his excellent form!

Re: Wimbledon
yeah seb can go far this year again !!!
but it'll also depend on the draw : if he meets ancic or Andreev or young guns like them (ancic defeated agassi or federer 2 years ago in wimbledon....)it will be real bad luck, anyway seems that seb has recovered, he's playing very well by now, so all is possible !!!
ALLEZ SEB !!!!
and good luck to him !

Re: Wimbledon
yeah I'm always afraid for that too. The draws are available on thurdsay the 17th.. I hope it looks good for him. But no worries coz if he's as good as in queens (which I saw every match of) then he won't have any trouble, accept with Roddick and Federer .. Henman maybe.

Re: Wimbledon
Before worrying too much about players he can meet during the tournament, let's just hope he will be able to continue his good form. I didn't see his matches in Queen's, but to reach the final and achieve such fine scores, against Roddick, must mean that he was really strong! Do you remember Wimbledon last year? He was awesome! Grass seems to be the kind of surface that he enjoys.

Re: Wimbledon
Dubis - are you new here at the forum? You from South Corea? I was born in Seoul city, but was adopted as a child and moved to Denmark where I now live, with my Danish parents and my (biological) sister. I hope you don't mind my asking, I'm just curious and always enjoy to meet people from my old country.

Re: Wimbledon
i'm looking forward to seb's wonderful performance in wimbly this year just as he did last year.actually some of my friends in SHANGHAI called me to express their faith in seb's good state in grass land ,which made me so satisfied!

I saw every match as well, Lizan! Wasn't that great? Five consecutive days of Seb live on TV! I'm keeping my video tape
About players he will meet: I think Seb's ideal surface is definitely grass. His opponent has to be really strong to be able to beat him. Anyway, Agassi's out, so there's at least one he can't meet in his draw

Re: Wimbledon
really?? I diddn't know, I have to say I'm really happy about it, although he wasn't a threat to Seb at all. i think Seb would have should Agassi (nowadays) every corner of the court ..
Yeah Wilma that was sooo cool. I lovvvveee Queens, they show that ever year.. The only thing that was bad, is that I had to watch all of Sebs matches and therefor I didn't learn as much as I should have for my exams..
But Seb comes first!! lol

Re: Wimbledon
Seb is one of those few players who can't be branded dirt baller. I hope he does himself good in Wimbledon.

Re: Wimbledon
He simply must play well and reach the finals - or else I'm sure Danish tv won't show his matches! The stupid people seem to think that it's more important to show matches involving Roddick, Federer, Ferrero, Coria etc. And I really need to see him again, after such an appalling long time without any Grosjean on any channel in this silly country!
