if federer not reach the AO final the no.1 it will depend on rafael nadal
its correct that if federer continue to SF he save no.1 in end austraian open.
but after the AO have to nadal roterdam tounament and he can get 250 points and if he will improve is QF in dubai from last year
he will be new no.1  |

I was just thinking about it on the way to work, wondering what Tournaments Rafa entered to before Dubai.
Roger won't take a WC though, not with a busy season he has ahead.

My head is still spinning from that opening post but the fact is the arrogant ego king has been lucky to be #1 for as long as he has.
Should the above mentioned happen it will merely rectify post factum and cement in reality the fact that the holy Pig is the true #1  |

it will be no longer than 2 months that nadal will be no.1, because last year federer had 2 early exits during the spring american hard court season, because of canas, and he will gain many points this year after indian wells and miami.
anyway, i think nadal deserves to be remembered as a no. 1 player in the tennis' history books, he made a lot for the game.
but federer deserves his achivements during the past 4 years, luck is out of the question, i'd say. if you love nadal, you can retain yourself from calling federer names, as much as if you love fed you cannot call rafa a pig.
it's too much out of tennis' phylosophy...
we're much beyond mcenroe/connors era, don't you think, guys ?
