Ok, Everton are already through as group winners and Alkmaar need to win to qualify, but these prices are mad. Alkmaar are a poor team - mid table in a very average Dutch league. Everton will be resting a few players but they have a strong squad and fringe players such as Anichebe, Johnson, Mcfadden and Gravesen will be looking to put in a performance to push for a place in the first team. So no question of motivation among the Everton players. Lescott and Jagielka form a very good defence which has only conceded 3 goals in the last 2 months.

GJ Jaap. I was not convinced Everton would do much away from home with nothing to play for (having already won the group before tonight) against a side who were unbeaten at home in Europe and needed the points.
