I'm not so sure. It looks almost certain that if he does play, it will be his first event for like 6 months, and it would be a wasted wild card, because he'll be likely playing a top 100 player straight away. It could be bad for his confidence if his first match back is an absolute hiding.
I'm just hoping he's fit and ready to go for the second half of the season. If the season is a complete write off and he's forced to start climbing from 7/800 again, it could be a disaster for his career.
He is way more talented than Raonic. Without inury he would be a top 100 player by now, thats sure. Why so many extremely talented players injured a lot?....pff so bad. If he skip this year, I think thats the end of his career. Any news about him?

So true Everything From more talented than Raonic to year ending the career He won't play in next two weeks. So that means that he won't play before Serbia Open, I doubt he'll play there as well
Great news guys!!!!!
Filip says on facebook that he just entered his first tournament!! I think it doesn't matter if he win or lose, its time to get back to game! Hope he won't be injured again this year!
Sounds great! I'm really looking forward to watch this very talented youngster this year and I hope he will be fine for the rest of the year. But does anyone knows exactly what kind of injury problems he had?
JAMES BLAKE Krajinovic Federer Stepanek Raonic Tipsarevic Fish Gonzalez Wawrinka Karlovic Kubot
