Re: Young guns from Serbia
Nikola has won his first G2 tournament!
Nikola MILOJEVIC (SRB) (5) defeated Wishaya TRONGCHAROENCHAIKUL (THA) (7) 6-1 3-0 Retired
He should be around 80th place on junior rankings with only 4 players of 1994 generation in front of him.

Re: Young guns from Serbia
Nikola cruises nicely into the 3rd round of Juniors Australian Open.
There is "Getting to know" article on official site for the youngest player in the draw:

Good luck in next rounds!

Re: Young guns from Serbia
16 years old Miki Jankovic won his first ever match on the ITF future 10,000 dollar in Belgrade, and will get an ATP ranking in 2 weeks time, he defeated the talented Mate Pavic (17) years old who is ranked 8 in the world for the juniors. Miki won three matches in the quallis to reach the MD, he was supposed to meet Roko Karanusic but Pavic came in as a LL.
Miki JANKOVIC SRB def Mate PAVIC CRO 6-3 6-2
Well done MIKI!

Re: Young guns from Serbia
Ok, now I don't mean to sound sycophantic, but how about this for a quite astonishing win.
Miki Jankovic (unrated, 16 years old) beats second seed, and world number 330, Aldin Sektic, 6-3, 7-6 in the Belgrade futures.
Quite amazing stuff. This kid could be something else.

Re: Young guns from Serbia
I don't believe so Nathalia. Jankovic is a very common surname in Serbia. A bit like Smith in England

Re: Young guns from Serbia
Anybody knows something about Danilo Petrovic?
http://www.atpworldtour.com/Tennis/P...-Petrovic.aspx
He's playing futures back from 2008!!! Don't know anything about his junior career, nut seems that he didn't play much on that level.
He's 551st in rankings, got some finals and SFs future level, and even played qualies of Montpelier back in 2010.
