I hope Roger is well-rested, I am curious about Rafa's condition, and wonder how Djoko has recovered from the USO.

C'mon Roger, defend your title!
The first few matches will probably be a bit tense since he missed Tokyo and has had an extended break. Still, he wants to finish the year no1 so great motivation. I too am curious about Rafa's condition

Not going to happen. He has a bye and he has had an extended break. We will be watching his usual 3 set struggle as he tries to get his timing back. |

Well he had a long break after wimbledon but he played really well not losing a set, till the final obviously... But he seemed pretty sharp early on, I guess with him you never know how his first rounds are gonna be. I'm hoping he plays a big server in the first match though rather than a Canas type of player |
