It's equally easy to go to the tournament venue with the bus from Nice and Menton. One night in Menton was more than enough for me, it's beautiful, but I preferred Nice by far - I'm a "Stadtmensch".

He tries to stay positive despite all these injuries lately and means he always gets back to normal pace very quickly every time he comes back. He must be gutted to miss all his home events, poor guy, I was so disappointed myself when I saw the news yesterday.

And I seriously wonder if he will be ready for Bercy, here's what he said yesterday to L'Équipe, he's apparently still wearing a splint for his wrist:
« En fait, il y a eu un choc et j’ai une grosse entorse depuis un mois maintenant. Je porte une attelle et je me soigne. Je verrai au réveil comment ça va. Il faut voir comment le poignet réagit à froid et si je peux enchaîner. Mais bon, ce n’est pas terrible… »
He says it's just a sprain, but he also means it's not looking very good.
