The clay surface should not make too much of a difference.
Austria seems to be more on the clay caliber of the Czech Republic and Belgium rather than the caliber of Spain and Russia.

i hope you guys aren't disappointed by Vienna as much as I was OK, it's still quite lovely, but not as nice as I was expecting Hopefully it's happening not too far from the historical district although the trams and buses are excellent and cheap there 
ooohhhh it's not far from the historical center at all it looks. It's near the Prater amusement park which has a really famous ferris wheel. I didn't go there but yea it's close to the main stuff, short tram ride away. should be fun for you guys  |

OMG hopefully (I know this can't be booked too much in advance) that they have a more accessible venue than either Portland or W-S. I guess I am being slightly selfish but from a Canadian point of view of flying just way to difficult (actually not difficult but the flights I took this year were so delayed that I missed James' match and just got there in time for Andy).
I agree they just won 2007 and we are already looking to 2008. I loved Vienna but I was mainly near the market area where it sounds as though the tie will be held!
