With Melo out for personal reason, Guga will team up with Sá in doubles.

A little bit of trivia

Eleven years ago, Austrian top star Thomas Muster, who teamed-up with Udo Plamberger, quit play in the fifth set of the doubles against Kuerten and Jaime Oncins, due to disturbance from the crowd. Brazil was assigned the point in their World Group Play-off tie, and Team Austria did not play the reverse singles matches, going down 1-4 eventually. The loss meant their relegation from the World Group. “It was a very unusual match, a very unusual way things turned out. But for me it was nice, because it was great to win at home. However, it was not the way we wanted to win,” Kuerten commented on Thursday.

There is a match report on DC site
http://www.daviscup.com/news/matchre...rticleid=14328
and if you listen to the interview, Guga had to trim his hair during the match because it's too long and covering his eyes.

Some pictures of Guga and Sa from the doubles match:

I’ve never seen a tennis player – and I’ve met many athletes and champions from all professions throughout Tommy’s entire career – as a person and a complete athlete, Roger is so friendly, so cordial, so open with people. With zero arrogance. The hair on my arm is almost standing up right now. What I’m saying, in essence, it’s almost unbelievable that this type of person exists.
He’s such a pure, class act. In other words, he’s humble. Yet he does not need to be.
