As long as he's saving himself for the finals . Maybe he's doing to Fed what he did to Andy during Kooyong .
If Andy finals, he ends the year #4 right?

maybe I'll go back to bed I don't think I can watch Ferrer beat Andy 6-1 6-1 as well, it was bad enough seeing him do it to Richard.
fight Andy!

This is a nightmare, livescore isn't working and my livestream buffers every 5 seconds. I really don't like Ferrer this week. pleeeeeeease Andy?

meh, he had a decent week. He picked up points this time. If he's even slightly tweaked, I kind of prefer that he is getting on a plane and getting back to the states to rest for a few days, have Thanksgiving with family, then get back on court to prepare for Davis Cup.

His back was hurting a lot and he asked for the trainer in the middle of the first set
Expected.

Re: Your Round Robin group is a Wonderland (TMC Thread, no we're not joking he's ther
Reminds me a lot of Andy's loss to Hewitt at the 2004 TMC semi-final. There was nothing much he could do against an opponent who got everything back. And that was also before a Davis Cup final, although hopefully the result is different this time.
Sure it was a bad loss but I think he can take some ecouragement from some of his play today. Putting it into perspective, Ferrer is in the form of his life right now while Andy is coming back from a two month layoff. He got the matches he needed against the best players in the world and now he's ready for Davis Cup.

Re: Your Round Robin group is a Wonderland (TMC Thread, no we're not joking he's ther
Anyways let's move onto Davis Cup Final. The only thing that consoles me is that he stated that his career goals were USO, World number1, Davis Cup, Wimbledon and Olympic Gold. I hope by the time the Davis Cup Final is over he will be only focusing on the last 2 achievements on that list which are attainable next year.
I just don't get what happened to his forehand. I mean the Backhand is quite a decent shot with which he can handle long rallies without Ue's or hitting a loopy short ball. But the forehand is now WTA quality no offense to anyone, heck I have seen harder forehands hit on the WTA. I saw today that he was trying to use it to move the opponent around which he doing ok but it still lacked depth or flatness to kill of the point. When you play someone like Ferrer don't move him around as he thrive on that but just go for broke. It's been years since I last seen him hit a nice flat and hard forehand winner. I am going to write to him and ask him what's happening because I need an explanation on what happened to that forehand. Everything thing else has improved compared to earlier years (Movement, returns, volleys, volley approach, backhand and serve placement) except the forehand which has gone MIA along with the bully and fearless attitude which would help instead of giving negative body language.
Ah..................felt good to rant a little bit. Let's get that Davis Cup as a year end present to everyone who is Duck fan Let's rest as in 2 weeks time we will have something to celebrate from this so-so year.
 Cheers everyone.

Liverpool FC need to return to the good old days when the players were born and bred locally. Dalglish, Keegan, McDermott, Kennedy, Lawrenson, Hansen, Grobelaar, Toshack, Molby ........ or were they just the Chelsea of the 70's buying the best talent available in the market?
