Oxy: Fed as fresh as a daisy right now. Only 9 hours on court.

Federer and Davydenko haven't been on court nearly as much as the other two have. Fatigue shouldn't be an issue with those two unless their match goes the distance.

Re: Saturday (9/8/07) OOP & Scores
Djoko is looking flat out exhausted in the 2nd game of the 2nd set. Unbelievable.

Re: Saturday (9/8/07) OOP & Scores
Ok.. drop shots galore from Djokovic, and Ferrer's groundstrokes lack penetration and angle. Why are these guys both so tired, is it a VERY hot day out there??

Re: Saturday (9/8/07) OOP & Scores
True FedFan and Marek.. true.
Yes Djokovic looks very tired but if Ferrer had even half his usual energy he would be punishing him, but his groundstrokes lack power today and penetration. Ferrer isn't driving that ball flat with great angles like he was against Nadal, however, Djokovic does make that a lot more difficult by standing nearer to the baseline.

Djokovic abuses the drop shot.

Re: Saturday (9/8/07) OOP & Scores
Is Djokovic playing drop shots because he is just too tired in the rally??

That's pretty obvious. If Pics wins a set, Djoko will be flat out exhausted for the final.

Re: Saturday (9/8/07) OOP & Scores
Maybe it is Davydenko's cap, maybe he is trying to obtain some energy through its mysterious magical powers.
Whoever well and truly wilts here first will lose this match, who will it be?

If so, I'm waiting for the medical timeout.
