He got a heart attack and it is said now, that he only survived without any damages because the team doctor of Jena reacted in such a professional way. So heart failure isn't always found.
Ok, I also wondered why they let Antonio walk off after he was just unconscious. But THAT isn't the responsibility of the CLUB, but of the DOCTORS, who decided the way they did.
