my opinion about this:
If you use common sense.. is really unfair...
playing a qualies because a simple error forgetting to commit...
and remember the draw wasn`t made in the moment I commit.... 
we played a lot of GSlams with kindablue....
It is like you consider the players like
"things than play and have to follow rules"......
and not like "persons that want to good time"...

OK, as long as the rules are clear on the Nishikori match it will be OK. I think you should add a note that if Nishikori doesn't beat Amritraj then the Nishikori - Phau match will not count.
