I mean, I know vBulletin supports it, but I dunno if you gotta pay for it or what...

It's easy to do and you don't need to pay for it either. Members shouldn't need to pay to use things like this that are free on other boards and are part of being on a message board community, but that's another issue I guess, so...<runs>

No...I meant...vBulletin isn't free....so I dunno what happens when you need to upgrade or add features....if they have to pay for it...
If it's not a free feature for MTF...I guess it shouldn't be free for any of us..

Or if it takes resources from MTF (which I dunno for sure whether it does or doesn't) then let those that pay have the feature...

The forum I've linked to, where I've used the YOUTUBE tags, is as large as MTF but not as "used"....they don't have the same average of posts and stuff...but of course there's no premium memberships either

On the basketball forum, which is owned by Verticalscope, this feature is free, but it can't be implented in the same manner here, because html code is not allowed here and you embed the video there just by copying the code next to the video directly from youtube.com.

It would be "cooler" if all users get to use it.

I know of forums that give its users that option for free. I hope it could be like that in MTF.

i spoke to steve alittle while ago about this.. and i guess yaz will be waiting even longer if it ever happens

they are still fixing little bits and pieces here and there on the forum... Until they fix all the issues we have had (100%), there wont be anything new here.
