He's spot on about Andy. He needs a huge summer and it's do-or-die time. It's been a whole year since he hired Jimmy, this "it takes time" crap is getting really old, a year is long enough.
I'm so glad i won't be here to witness any of it because I don't have a good feeling about it at all.

Hmm well Indy looks promising since James isn't on that wild streak and unless Andy does one of his up 1 set and total meltdown jobs he may do OK - I can't see him winning Cincy again since Roger will be there and not so tired this time but we shall see!

This could be a dumb question but why won't Roger be so tired? I thought his schedule was the same last year, a month off then Canada, Cincy?
Or is this a prediction that he'll lose early in Canada!!! |

I think last year was an aberration with Roger being "so tired" after one tourney?  I'm not worried about Andy losing to people like Roger, I'm worried about him losing to people he should be beating especially once he's in a winning position.
Point is, he has serious points to defend with Indy and Cincy and if he isn't in the top 4, his USO draw could be very tricky. So the pressure is on. |

I agree the pressure is on for Indy for sure and Deb is right it is the losing to people ranked outside the top 20 that is worrying oh well as we can't play his tennis for him (although sometimes I wish I could cos I would have better shot selection) I guess we will have to see!

I'm trying not to set any expectations for the summer because I always do it to myself and I always get upset and I've decided that not having any expectations is going to stop this pattern.
