Excellent overview dombrfc! The post-wimbledon race is the most interesting since Nadal is practically a lock for #1 until Wimbledon, and after that he can gain points again on Federer during the summer Masters.
Normally i think the #1 is on Nadal's racket, if he comes close to last year's performance, he will keep it (and deservedly, if so).
But if Federer or Djokovic could take either RG or Wimbledon things look very different. In that case Nadal probably needs to sweep the clay masters again in order to retain #1. But Madrid/Rome are in consecutive weeks, he may skip or lose 1 of those.
