Ryler with his best win ever, 7-6, 5-7, 6-4, 3-6, 6-4 over Olivier Rochus. Now he gets to face Nadal in the second round.

Q. How does it feel to win your first ATP event?
RYLER DE HEART: Feels great. I didn't think I was even going to be able to go five sets. To win five was awesome. Now I have an easy match coming up. So that's good.

Re: Ryler DeHeart Thread
After the first set, Ryler played really well. He at least made Nadal work for it a little bit.
If Ryler keeps playing like this, he'll be back in the big-time again someday.

Re: Ryler DeHeart Thread
Hi there,
I wanted him so bad to win a set against Rafa. It would have been huge for his confidence. He played quite good in the third set
