Nothing better to do on a Monday morning than drive 2 hours to get ultrasound goo smeared on your chest and a probe jammed into your neck (painful) & other soft tissues for an hour, then driving 2 hours to go back to work. I liked it better when all I had to do was get an EKG & a chest x-ray, before the Echocardiogram became the test of choice. Oh, and at my age, I'm going to a doctor at the Children's Hospital. Funny. Very funny.

Now I get an MRI of head and chest in April. And I felt like a giant at the Children's Hospital, but that's where the specialist for my heart is located. After these scans, I should have 100% blessing to move forward with my plans, already got around an 80% blessing, just have to make sure I don't have any potential aneurisms lurking around, especially with my family history. I wish I knew about this doctor years ago! Oh, and they destroyed my old surgery records years ago, not like it wasn't an important surgery or one of the first at that hospital or anything.
