Kei typically chooses to receive during the start of a match. RBA served first in first set. The second set was still RBA serving first so it's only fair Kei serves first now.
Since last year, only Hewitt, Djokovic, Nadal and Raonic have beaten Nishikori in a match going the distance of 3 sets.
There are only two who came ever so close to finishing the job in a third set:
