Igor and Mitya won their doubles game today on a super tie-break :banana:

Well seems that nerves overwhelmed Igor! After all is his first appearence in a GS quarter-final! Next time he'll do better, I'm sure! That usually happens to all players ...

he didn't play a clever tennis...too much great occasion missed...anyway it was a great RG for him! he missed his quarter but novak played a great tennis...not a lot to do for igor...

oh well theres always next yr :p Getting to the QF is pretty darn good if i say so myself!!

tbh i didnt even know it was FO till like a few days ago!! all i know is that eastbourne is bombarded by advertisements for the WTA :ras:

Igor is taking part in the Exhibition Tournament in the UK called the Boodles Challenge.

He defeated Zhenya Korolev yesterday 6/4 6/2 and proceeded to the semifinals.

He will play David Nalbandian for a place in the final today
