:wavey:

Well I dont think he has one, and even if he does it is probably lost somewhere. Reached the final last week in the Sunrise challenger beating some good opponents on the way before losing to Monfils.

Today he just beat Dorstch to qualify for his 2nd master series in a row and hopefully his improving form can continue within the tournament with a good draw.

Thanks for that work Jiminik.

Seppi got through 6-3 6-3, expected result, but hope he can gain some momentum for Rome.

#348 ·
Munich adventure is over and now he needs a Monte Carlo-like draw in Rome

#349 ·
We'll see what happens with Rome, not good enough with the b/p conversions.

#351 ·
South Tyrol's finest got in directly and is playing the wily Santoro, hope he can repeat the Bergamo result this time around.

BLAKE, James vs BYE
SEPPI, Andreas vs SANTORO, Fabrice
VOLANDRI, Filippo vs QUALIFIER
VERDASCO, Fernando vs MOYA, Carlos

MURRAY, Andy vs QUALIFIER
SAFIN, Marat vs WAWRINKA, Stanislas
FERRERO, Juan Carlos vs KIEFER, Nicolas
BYE vs NADAL, Rafael

not a bad draw

I thought fabrice would play only RG after MC

Good win there in heavy conditions from Andy. He was very patient and handled the Santoro game quite well, moved the ball around and took advantage of the short ball.

Time for the Romans to get behind him and he can get rid of clay clown Blake.

way too many UEs and seemed to lack explosiveness
but yeah, in those conditions it's hard to play well

Stop complaining, he didn't play that badly. If he played like that against Querrey he wouldn't have lost.

He was trying to force the pace and it was even at the end.

Lets see the winning look on Wednesday.

another wasted chance

Got to be honest this was a disgusting performance and this match should have been won in 2 sets, even playing poorly as he was. Lead 5-4 in the TB with 2 serves, then makes dumb errors.

That second serve really needs to be sorted out.

#361 ·
Its usual for Seppi to blow his chances like this. He is getting older and older and yet his choking plays are still there. Even then, he clearly did not play anywhere near his best.

#362 ·
MONACO Juan [ARG] (12) vs VOLANDRI Filippo [ITA]
BOLELLI Simone [ITA] vs Q
BERRER Michael [GER] (WC) vs SEPPI Andreas [ITA]
GASQUET Richard [FRA] (8 ) vs BYE

cant complain with the draw again

#363 ·
No need to complain about this draw, just see what happens.

#364 ·
If Seppi doesnt reach R3 considering Gasquet simply does not care currently, he should be ashamed... unless of course Gasquet does perform to a high level again.

#366 ·
Bit better than last week, but we'll see.

#368 ·
nice and easy win, he'll have one day rest and then the winner of Bolelli-Monaco

#369 ·
Would be great to see Simo and Andy face each other in R3 of a master series. I think Seppi can now be content with his week and relax for this next match, but its a massive chance at a QF for him.

#370 ·
Excellent performance there by Seppi, he wasn't passive, funny what happens when he serves at 70% and places them well. It's easier to play his game.

#371 ·
Of course we must also consider Gasquet is completely sucking rigth now, but indeed Seppi was hitting some good serves... would like to see more of this against Monaco.
