Re: Re: Sunday OP

Not the best joke Fin, that's pretty cruel when your favourite player's a game from defeat. 40-15... congrats Sluiter! Now make it two French in a row against Grosjean, please.

I like Sluiter, but I've realised that if he wins Grosjean will avoid playing a fellow French nemesis for the second time in a row - Santoro is 8-2 against him, Clement is something like 5 or 6-2. Pity, it's always funny to watch them beat him at his own game.
hee hee... it is sort of funny... so when is Santoro retiring?? :p

Hasn't Rogi started yet??

Calleri and Soderling were nearly as bad on their breakpoints, but Calleri came back from a break down to win the last four games with a torrent of aces, 19 in total and 1 on a second serve.

Woh, Pavel just had 15-40... this is not going to be a breeze, that's for sure.

Billabong, it's started, and Federer's already had to save three breakpoints.

Nope, it doesn't start until tomorrow, and I won't be able to see it until Thursday. That means I'll miss those potential Federer-Gonzalez and Safin-Roddick third round encounters for sure.

I think Calleri is the closest to a big server we ever had in Argentina.

Re: Re: Sunday OP

I knew he could serve quite big, but not that big. Hopp Federer, 1/1 on breakpoints and he leads 3-1! It could just as easily be 3-1 Pavel by now...

Nope, Sky Sports here in the UK - it's very good coverage, six hours of live interactive day matches (choice of two or three courts), then highlights of the night session the following afternoon. Some of the commentators involved could be better, but I'm not going to bite the hand that feeds me.
