There are many threads moaning about the coverage on various channels. Lets keep one thread and post in this when we are annoyed!
Ok to start off, eurosport and bbci are going to show henman against a claycourt clown when nalbandian and gasquet will be gone and the atmosphere seems great in the arena too!
1) While it's raining, could they not put a choice of old/classic matches on interactive rather than showing us depressing pictures of a wet court?
2) Poor Chris Bailey has a cold today :awww:
3) Sam Smith (actually this is a major gripe). She mumbles. She puts no effort in. She says nothing interesting. She looks like she's just stumbled out of bed. And worst of all, she looks like a bloke
4) Bill Threlfall remains the most pompous, arrogant, snobbish, self-righteous man I've ever had the displeasure of listening to. I wish he'd pick up his pension and get the hell of our screens :retard:
Ah, but come on adee, you had to love Bill's "three breakpoints!" moment of senility in the first set of the Agassi-Pavel match last night. "Oh no, three game points, rather. I was getting a little excited there." I can only imagine Flembo sitting beside him muttering, "Excited, right...."
I'll never forget the moment when the ever-considerate Andrew Castle read out an email during Eurosport's coverage of RG that observed how much Sam Smith resembled Tim Henman, with the woman sitting there on the couch beside him. She tried to take it in good humour, but she obviously wasn't pleased - it may have led to the adoption of the glasses to distinguish herself from Henners, who knows.
Bill Threlfall is losing the plot - in Cincy he got himself confused between outdoor clay and indoor carpet, he called one of the players by totally the wrong name in one match, and kept getting break points and game points mixed up and totally exciting himself at the wrong moments as a result.

when Sky used to do the thing where you could text in a question, I sent one in asking when Old Bill is going to retire. Sadly, they didn't read it out
Plus, Threlfall is getting more careless about keeping his neutrality intact, making it clear who he likes better in a match than others - In Cincy it was very obvious he adores Gonzalez and Ferrero and is not a fan of Nadal.
Eurosports coverage has been awful so far. Did anybody watch the highlights programme today? It showed about an hour and a half of Murrays match, about an hour and twenty minutes of Henman v Rusedski then a quick 5 minute round up of all the other matches. Disgraceful
Sky Sports viewers: what is Chris Bailey doing there? The man is sick! He can barely get through a sentence without coughing and his voice is pure gravel! Pack him off to bed with some cold remedies now, he's sitting in a studio with two guests for eight hours solid every day for two weeks, and surprise surprise he's now transferred his illness to Sam Smith. Chirpy Bazza will be affected any day now, you can count on it.
i hate eurosport france, they always make the wrong choice !!!!!!So far i couldn't see a single match of Rafa.......they shown frenchies and women :crying2:

:haha: I've been wondering the same thing.
I'd prefer to have that blonde presenter who does the highlights show anyway.
Although I can't remember her name.

At least on Eurosport Germany we got last years Final Tuesday night.
We can only hope that Agassi wins this easily, so that ES can switch to Safin-Nalbandian and possibly show the 4th and 5th sets.
