In the game, participants pick the winners of all main draw matches (and sometimes some qualifying draw matches) and are placed in a knock-out system. That means each participant plays a different participant and whoever predicted the winner of most matches correctly, moves on to the next round. The same applies for doubles, but you're in a team format and your scores are combined.
Note:
- In case of a tie, a tie-breaker will decide who moves on to the next round.
- In case a player (i.e. the actual ATP Player) retires in a match, this match will be counted as long as one point has been played. If players are replaced by a lucky loser after the start of Tennis Tipping, these matches will be cancelled.
How to Sign-Up:
Just post here that you would like to play. You can only play one tournament per week. Entries will be based on ranking. Everyone can commit.
Picks can be sent in as soon as the draws are ready. Remember, you pick a winner in every match! Picks should be sent by PM, so that your opponent does not know your picks. Picks should be titled: TT: St. Brieuc Monday/Tuesday etc. Picks can be sent in anytime until the beginning of play each day, or in special cases until the deadline set by the manager in order to benefit the majority. If you're still in both singles & doubles, you use the same tips for both. For doubles, you still tip the ATP singles matches, not the doubles! No changes can be made after the play has started.
PRECAUTIONARY MEASURE
If the board goes down as has happened before, send your picks to jimdixon99@aol.com
The Gonzalez-Teixeira match is on court at the moment, and I will not be around to see it finish. I am sure someone will post the result, and I will give the official update about midnight CEST.
You can send your final pick without waiting for the OOP. The deadline will be start of play.
Everybody has sent. I may not be available at start of play, so I will be publishing the differences at noon CEST or shortly after. I hope nobody will object. You still have over 2 hours to have second thoughts if you wish!
Congratulations to Herzeleid and .EvE./scoobs on their deserved wins, and also to the losing finalists for a gallant effort.
Thanks to everyone who played here. Athens next for the manager, and I hope to see some of you there (but not Eva and Chris who have chosen Rome for some reason )
Athens is on hard - I preferred to stay on clay where you tend to see the same names and faces, can help with picking. Plus Italian challengers are generally very good for livescoring and often livestreams too.
Well done to the winners and finalists this week and thanks Jim for the excellent management as always.
Nice to finally win another title, it's been a while
I think this is the first time I've reached both the singles and doubles final at the same event  so I'm happy with that although it would have been nice to win at least one
Jim thank you for the excellent management of the tournament! Thank you for everything you do for us!
scoobsBy the way, I am very glad that the week starts the Italian Challenger)))) Monza, Napoli, Rome ... my love for these cities should coerce to achieve higher results there))))
Jim, and when you can watch the entire Singles Drava in the tournament on the first page of tournament topic? It was very interesting to trace who and how he played in this tournament ...
