The bookies are unsure of muzza's fitness otherwise he would be at least joint favourite as everyone knows he is a better grass player than djoko. Imo it is between these two again and probably will be for years to come.
Djokovic really isn't natural on grass. Neither is Nadal, except second week "grass" is basically green clay. It will be down to Murray and Federer, and I think Federer is in a better position to win.
Roger has had a fairly rested season. Not very many, not very long matches. It´s good for his stamina coming Wimby. His technics on grass is out of question. OTOH Murray and Djoko have physical issues. This leaves dull as the biggest question. Of course Dull will have the easiest draw during the first week (No ballbashers, no servebots: all pusher journeymen). During the second Week, he will be playing on mud, against his praetorian guard: Verdasco, Almagro, Ferrer, Agut or Carreno (Monaco will be busy licking Messi´s boots). Maybe Fed will have an indoors semi, after his QF match against Berdshit.
Murray is huge favourite heading to championships, considering his grass record in last two years. (Throw Queen's out, he's plain 18-0)
