Damn. 
Vasek looked better than Isner in the rallies (when there were any). But Vasek got only 50% 1st serves in, and seemed to have some kind of lapse after he failed to break in the first Isner service game of the 3rd set. He started to come out of it but only after he was broken. These kids are so up and down in their confidence.

As for the 50%, his % was only low in set 1, so that's why it looks worse overall than it really was.
Not quite, Isner really stepped up his game after that and his 1st serve was on major fire.

Agree! His first serve % was like 70  So he was basically winning 7 points minimum out of 10 on his serve

Great numbers even for him and still was broken by player of Pospisil´s calibre. It really says a lot right now about John´s form- he is i think far worse this season outside of serving than last year. Last year he was even top 10, this year i think he can even fall outside top 20 |

Everyone looks better than Isner in rallies, except Dr. Ivo or something  but he did play better except in key moments, where he lost the plot.. shame.
