For the record, I haven't seen the posts but if rules are being applied to different situations/posters, that is wrong and needs to be fixed. If this is all much ado about nothing and people just want their friend back, that's wrong too. Understandable but wrong.

Pablo's first (1 week ban) did seem a little strange, but the mods are right on the 6 months ban. Pablo was asking for it by continuosly harassing the mods and making fun of them even after warnings. It's what you get when you don't follow rules and continue to break them. Without mods, this place would be chaos.

I should know, been there, done that.

As for LinkMage, can't really say anything since I didn't really read anything on his ban.

A person who was my much better friend than Excalibur or LM (named its.like.that) has been permbanned. It was fully deserved, not a controversial decision, nobody whines. People whine if decisions are sick.
