Re: Frank Moser
From his website http://www.frankymoser.de/4613.html
Quote:
Franky is the greatest - there is no question that he has very bright times ahead. However until then, he works his hard way there. He travels from tournament to tournament living out of tennis bags. We asked him to carry a digital camera with him so we can follow his steps. Since June 2001 he is a professional tennis player. Starting out with no ATP points he quickly passed the 1000th position and has already been part of the strong Top 300. That is an amazing start.
Aside from tournaments Frank annually returns to his home region Baden in Germany to play league tennis for several weeks. His Tennis Club Rüppurr is competing in the First National League in 2005. By the way, doubles is a specialty of him, where he was ranked as high as 158.
Some background information. After his high school diploma with major subjects in mathematics and English he studied at Florida Southern University, University of Freiburg, and finally graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Virginia Commonwealth University. He made it All American in both singles and doubles. Also while playing college tennis in the US he was ranked as high as number 5 in the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) tennis single ranking and number 2 in the doubles one. His team made it for the first time in university history not only to the playoffs but even to the NCAA playoff finals. In May 2001 he graduated cum laude.

Re: Frank Moser
The pictures section of the website is very good. Apparently Frany travels with a camera and provides pics from every tournament he plays

Re: Frank Moser
Despite being unranked at singles, Franky got a direct entry at a Russian challenger.
He will face a WC player so maybe he can win a match
