I know, but we don't have a rule that says to run it by default.
Sometimes people choose to play smaller tournament with good field over big one.
The poll won't hurt, I think it will be Rotterdam in the end anyway, for the reasons you mentioned.

San Jose, They have more predictable players in my opinion so I will do better

If nobody else volunteers to manage this tournament I can but only if nobody else does as I will only be around a couple hours each day to update and I won't be around at the deadline to make sure nobody picks late so if someone else could run it that would be great but if not I will
