I loved Chloe!! I pulled for her the most for Miss Universe 2009. I think she was top 10.
I know I loved her too, wanted her to win, I hope she will do well at Miss World this year but South Africa will probably win that because Julia likes getting free publicity and since the World Cup is in South Africa it means she gets publicity like Miss China did at the Olympics and last year Russia at Eurovision.
