Very unlucky day... I didn't get to watch doubles. So who's at fault? Both of them?

I saw the replay in the evening on TV. I mean it's indeed like he's trying and he's not playing badly, it's just little misses here and there that cost him the match. And Chiudi was playing really well, damn, had Marat got the break in the very first game when Chiudi was nervous and not lost his own serve after that, things could've been different. And the TB in the end was just ridiculous. taking the first mini-break and then some silly errors on fh and was it a double fault too. But all in all I mean it's not like he's playing hopeless, I can imagine how frustrating it has been for Marat, especially this year and also last year.
