There are as many posters on here right now as there were after the Wimbledon final.

Re: Qué Será, Será - Buena suerte a Madrid Roger
I've stayed a way for a while after the Rome loss to Djerk. But well done to Roger today. I don't think Nadal was at his best, for sure, but props to Roger for getting the job done anyway. Especially props to him for holding his nerve when serving for the match.

Re: Qué Será, Será - Buena suerte a Madrid Roger
The big difference as I said earlier in this thread was that he did not panic. I think he had a good game plan going into the match and because he didn't panic, he executed it well.
This is a huge confidence boost for Fed. Nadal will not worry about this loss and I think he will win RG for the 5th straight year but I am going to savor this win for some time.

This is funny considering how many articles/commentators have come out saying Fed is lazy/needs to change his game. I think it boils down to the RG '08 loss. Fed has had substantial BPs and chances at RG, MC, and Hamburg for years. Going up 4-0, 5-1, having 17 BPs... is there something preferable to this? So glad that the loudmouths get to eat crow because they tried to sell the fantastic.

It's making me emotional again just writing this. After he won I just stood there stared at the lap top put my hands on my head and the tears streamed. Really one of the happiest days of being a Roger fan....only wimby 07 comes close to this. The fact that he hadn't won a title for so long, the fact that everyone thought he was "finished" and the fact that he did it in front of Nadal's homecrowd.
So frigging proud of you Roger!!
