Re: Version 2: The "Go Home, you are so bad, don't talk to me you f*cking idiot" Chat
I can see why they say that Mediterranean societies are based on strong family ties, but it's not something that I feel a close connection with. Meaningfulness is based on personal experiences and, therefore, defines the pattern as subjective randomness and choice.

Yes, my back is a lot better, though I wish there was better coverage of Barcelona.

Martine, I can't talk on behalf of the others here, so I will speak for myself. Don't be afraid or ashamed to be a bit crybaby here, ok?
Glad to know the back is better.

Why should anyone feel embarrassed to show emotions? I do this all the time and couldn't freaking care less what others may think.
Go ahead, Martine.

Well, strong family ties isn't exactly what we have here... My family is João, my mom and the dogs and that's where it ends.

I know that, Choupi Usually I try to handle things on my own however, because I always feel embarrassed after having been a crybaby At that moment I feel desperate but afterwards I can't help thinking I made a fool of myself

Gotta love it when yr dog loves you so much he gives you an uppercut when saying hello
I was "seeing stars & hearing churchbells" and now my jaw makes funny noises next to my ear every time I move my chin
I wouldn't be a good boxer...

Martine, your dog thought that skin thickness and skull thickness can be truly tested manually, made it easy to talk about first-hand tales of love and pain...

Don't worry, I'm used to being bruised every now and then because of the dogs "showing their love"...
That's what you get when you have dogs that are physically much stronger then you.
I hardly ever wear skirts because I wouldn't want to think people that poor João's responsible of all those bruises

Hahaha, just shows he loves you Marti, good reason not to wear skirts.

I can understand why you prefer not to wear any skirts Martine. Though you could still try the long ones. Anyway, I hope you're all having a nice weekend.

Not bad, I want to drown a couple of my housemates, but at least they pay bills unlike the parasite.
I got some fan reports from Barcelona, which are worth a read. Going to make a tortilla for dinner, then watch some tennis.

Dare I ask why you feel like drowning your housemates? What did they do?
As for the fan reports, I've read what Deivid wrote. Good stuff. Always nice to read someone's reports instead of paper articles.
Hi Sue!! Nice to see you here.
