he got 3 gold medals and rebecca had 2 so he deserved to win I guess. For some reason the Scottish vote is strong as population is 5 million and England has 50m population

well IMO hamilton deserved it.

well its more quality than quantity cos Bolt's 3 golds beat Phelps' 8 golds.

I do think swimming > cycling just like 100/200m > swimming

well the jocks vote for their country regardless whereas we vote for who we think is best so its more spread out.

Given it was the Olympic year it was always on the cards that an Olympian who did well would win it
