Exactly, it was not because it was not in English, it was because what was actually said.

Next time if you have questions about an infraction, please do so by PM to a moderator, there's really no need to start a thread to seek attention.

But to maybe clear the point system up:
5 points - 5 days
10 points - 10 days
And the points only add up if the infractions are handed out before the previous ones expire.
