[Snoo Foo]

Here are my pix from today at Qualleez. If you are wondering why there are no pix of Stadler/Bozoljac/Kevin Kim/etc., it means I didn't take a picture of him. Also I only took pix of two WTA players: Lucie Safarova (who came out to support Lukas Dlouhy) and Diego Hartfield.

I know these pix suck, my camera is made for taking pix at grandma's birthday party and other people who are standing still five feet away, not people who are running around 30 feet away. But if you don't like it go get your own camera and take the 7 train to flushing and take your own damn pictures.

Some of these pix are people I saw on the practice courts, they are extra blurry because it was impossible to get close because of the throngs 6-deep of gay men trying to get a glimpse of Florence Lopez. However, I got a good picture of Florence's hair later as he was leaving, so there.

These pictures are a mess but here's who I took pictures of: Zampieri, Leo Mayer, Cuevas, Ouahab, Dlouhy, Bloomfield, Chase Buchanan, Brydan Klein, Falla, Hartfield, van der Merwe, Muller, Wawrinka, Gasquet, Tsonga, Kiwi, Florence, Lucie, Gianluca Naso, Hocevar, Becker, R. Ram, Qureshi.

Here's who I saw practicing and wanted to take a picture of but didn't: Dinara "Silver Medal" Safina, Willy Canyas

Here's two really cute things that I didn't take pictures of but should have: (1) Qureshi being congratulated by his wife (?) & super adorable baby and (2) Zampieri walking around in flipflops eating an ice cream bar.

I did a special sub-album of pix of Paolo Lorenzi because he deserves special mention. I only saw this guy once before in my life, which was 4 days ago when he was playing Dlouhy in the Bronx. Today I saw him playing Dlouhy in Queens. These pix are not action pix. He was standing still. This is how he serves, he takes the racket up over his head and then holds it like that, then he bares his teeth, then his eyes pop out of their sockets, then he holds this position long to scare me into thinking he might do some crouching-tiger-hidden-dragon maneuver and fly over the net and stab dlouhy in the throat.

Yes, it does look to be De Chaunac, but it's not 100% clear.

I don't think it's de chaunac is cuz de chaunac didn't play that day (I don't think) and I didn't take any practice pix of players I don't know (and clearly I don't know who that guy is)... What does Middelkoop look like?
