I'm quite sure it's Julian Knowle from Austria...
I suppose that picture was taken at the Davis-Cup meeting in Portschach last year...

I think it was taken in Umag last year, actually. I don't know why, but when I saw that name again for the tournament this year I remembered the pic had something to do with this...

Yes, the player is Julian Knowle and the pic was taken at the players party in Umag 2003.
