Hi

Does anyone know any good instructional DVDs on the Serve ?

And has anyone tried this set of instructional DVDs what do you think of it ?

honestly. no dvd will help you as much as ANYONE who knows what they're about in real life.even if you don't have money for a professional coach, go to a local highschool, find their number one varisty singles player, give him ten dollars, and have him help you with your serve. seriously. do it. it costs less than a DVD and it will probably help more. and at most you will be outside doing something instead of sitting on your butt watching SOMEONE ELSE play tennis.
